About me
Born in Istanbul, Turkey, Hasan Ozkan.
I began my journey as a competitive swimmer in Turkey, where I won national titles in the 50m and 100m freestyle. Years later, a basketball injury led to three knee surgeries—an experience that completely reshaped my approach to fitness. Going through multiple recovery processes taught me the importance of movement quality, posture, and injury prevention.
Motivated to understand the human body better, I earned a degree in Sports Science from Marmara University and became a certified personal trainer. Over the past 12 years, I’ve coached clients in both Istanbul and New York, helping them build strength, lose fat, and move without pain.
Today, I specialize in helping people lift pain-free by correcting posture and integrating corrective exercises into their training. My programs are tailored to each person’s unique structure, goals, and fitness history so that you can feel stronger, more mobile, and in control of your body.
Through my app, I now offer coaching worldwide—providing custom workout plans, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support to help you reach your goals, no matter where you are.
